Our Story
Deb's Ice Cream began as a weekend experiment in a home kitchen — a desire to make ice cream the way it used to be made, before factories and preservatives took over. What started as scoops for neighbors and farmers' market regulars grew into something the whole town claims as their own.
Today, every batch is still churned by hand in small quantities. We source dairy from nearby farms and fruit from Maine orchards when the season allows. Some flavors exist for only a few weeks at a time — that's the point. Good things shouldn't be easy to find; they should be worth the wait.
Whether you're grabbing a single scoop on a warm afternoon or planning a sundae for a celebration, we treat every visit like the real occasion it is.
